Saturday through Tuesday night, you will be staying at our comfortable retreat center- for more details see video above. Though it’s not a five-star hotel, we guarantee that its cozy and peaceful environment will provide you with a restful space for your stay. On Wednesday night, during the trip to Tolantongo, you will stay in a hotel suite. And the next day you will be on your way back home. (See the video above)
Yes. Over the past 10 years we’ve had more than 1,000 visitors without having a single security incident. You will always be accompanied by one of our guides to provide you with any important instructions or safety tips (advising where not take out your camera, what water to drink, etc).
Most days walking will be pretty light with the flexibility of stopping or resting at any time needed. But the three times you will need to walk longer stretches are: on Sunday on our visit to the local communities, on Monday during the trip to the Pyramids, and on Wednesday to reach the cave entrance in Tolantongo. In any case, YOU CHOOSE how much you want to walk. The rest of the time you’ll use our private van for transportation between sites (no need to use the public transportation system). But please let us know if you have any walking impediments that you think we should know about.
No, nothing extra needed for this trip. So pack your bags, grab your passport, and let’s go!
