Urban Mosaic US is shutting its doors but the work in Mexico and Colombia continues. A different organization, Camino Alliance, will now be responsible for processing donations, communication about what is happening on the field, and the many other functions that Urban Mosaic US has been providing.
 
You will still be able to learn about the work on the website www.urbanmosaic.net. And you will continue to get updates via email and the various Mosaic social media outlets. Social media accounts/communications will be administered by the team in Mexico as of October 31, 2022.
 
We want to thank you for walking as partners and supporters of Urban Mosaic over the course of the past few years. We are deeply grateful for the connections and friendships we were able to build and the impact we jointly achieved in the work of God’s Kingdom among the urban poor.
 
While the past 15 months have been very challenging and difficult, in early August 2022, the three Latin American organizations that make up the Urban Mosaic family, formally signed a collaboration agreement where we committed to walking with one another in the pursuit of our shared mission of transforming fragile cities into SHALOM cities.
 
Urban Mosaic Mexico, Urban Mosaic Colombia, and Urban Transformation will continue to fulfill the mission and vision we’ve been called to. In fact, the ministry of UM Mexico and UM Colombia still operate various projects in Mexico City and Barranquilla working with children and youth, public health, community development, discipleship, training, and planting of churches despite limited resources. Urban Transformation has taken on the role of providing training, consulting, and capacity building for organizations working among the urban poor in Latin America, including our key partners UM Mexico and UM Colombia.
 
Some of the mechanisms for financial partnership will be changing as of the end of October. Through October 31^st you can donate via the current urbanmosaic.net website. If you have automatic payment, you will need to sign up through Camino Alliance. No automatic payments will be made after October 31^st. You can expect your year-end giving summary from Urban Mosaic US. Going forward, we’ve established a formal relationship with Camino Alliance, a US-based 501c3, through which we will be able to process tax-deductible donations from the US (www.caminoalliance.org). We would love to invite you to continue with us on our journey of developing sustainable solutions that change the lives and communities of our Latin American neighbors. Beginning November 1^st, all donations for Mosaico Urbano Mexico, Mosaico Urbano Colombia, or Transformación Urbana Internacional can be made online at caminoalliance.org or mailed to:
